Once full payment is received, your painting will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Spain and EU countries: 3-7 business days.

  • International deliveries: 10-14 business days (or longer, depending on your country).

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, a shipment tracking number will be provided once the painting is shipped.

Q: Can I return the painting if I’m not satisfied?
Thank you for considering my art for your space! Due to the unique and handmade nature of my work, I’m currently unable to offer returns. However, I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos and mockup of the art in your space to help you make a confident decision before purchasing

  • Damage Claims & Refunds

Q: What should I do if the painting arrives damaged?
Please email suha.artista@gmail.com with pictures of the damage. Your refund will be processed after reviewing the claim.
